Summary

COFORM is a one-coat, water-soluble primer and sealer with anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties. COFORM is a very thin (3-4 mils thickness) high performance coating that is long lasting and flexible. COFORM bonds with the substrate at the molecular level to create an impermeable surface which is chemically resistant to salt, liquids, oils, UV rays, moisture and weathering. No additional bonding agents are needed to create this permanent primer/topcoat.

COFORM ADVANATAGES:

1. COFORM is a 2-Part mixture Aliphatic Polyurethane which creates a longer-lasting, flexible, high-adhesion coating and encapsulates the entire surface to ensure the desired protection.

2. Application of a very thin layer (3-4 mil), will protect from a variety of corrosive agents (including rust, mold, mildew and smoke). COFORM is extremely long-lasting. Our third-party test data re: weatherization/corrosion indicates 7-10 functional years of protection per application.

3. COFORM is completely water soluble, contains no harmful VOC’s or toxicities; and is Eco friendly. This high-performance coating is mixed at a 1:1 ratio, which makes it easy to apply.

4. COFORM is designed to abolish corrosion by “encapsulating” degenerating surfaces at the molecular level. Applications include use on ships, rails, industrial equipment, electronics, damaged wood, plastics and much more. COFORM applied as a primer/topcoat to these myriad surfaces results in protective and durable coverage.

5. COFORM has a thermo-index exceeding 350 degrees and will have multiple applications in the fire-retardant/protective coatings industry.

6. COFORM application not only abolishes corrosion but will also add long-lasting VALUE to any project by protecting the substrates from moisture, oxygen and UV exposure.

7. COFORM has no odor or unpleasant smell. It leaves a smooth glossy finish without bleeding or leakage.

8. No Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is needed during application. COFORM exceeds all global requirement standards.

COFORM is formulated at a 1:1 ratio, which makes it easy to use. It is water-based, eco-friendly, and nonflammable. There are no harmful VOC’s and no toxicities. COFORM can control and seal mold, mildew and smoke damaged surfaces.

COFORM is the first product of its kind. It provides a “can do” solution for thousands of restoration AND new construction projects. Our proprietary formula replaces traditional primers, topcoats, and can even be used as a stand-alone coating on bare surfaces where rust has already corroded the metal surface. DISADVANTAGES OF OTHER ANTI-CORROSION COATINGS:

1. Other coatings emit very Toxic VOC’s and harsh fumes during application of product.

2. They have long dry times as the epoxy hardens.

3. Once dry, the coatings possess an extremely hard surface and over time this inflexibility causes cracks to appear. Outside elements will enter, and corrosion begins.

4. Other coatings have a multi-step application process, creating unnecessary complexity and additional expense.
